Accounting Manager in a Business and Legal Consultant

We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Accounting Manager to take the lead in managing our accounting operations. This role involves overseeing financial reporting, managing budgets and forecasts, supervising a small accounting team, and ensuring full compliance with Indonesian financial and tax regulations. You will also work closely with leadership to provide insights that guide company strategy, identify areas for improvement in financial processes, and ensure accuracy and transparency across all reports. The ideal candidate is someone who not only understands numbers but also sees the story behind them. If you're a hands-on leader with a solid accounting background, great attention to detail, and the ability to manage people and priorities in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to have you on board. This is a key role for someone who enjoys both structure and innovation in the finance world.
