Qualification:

  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably as a Commis Chef or in a culinary assistant role.
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation, kitchen hygiene, and plate presentation.
  • Passion for food and cooking, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the culinary field.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Willingness to follow instructions from senior chefs and work as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for cleanliness and organization.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene at all times.
  • Flexibility to work in both cold and hot sections, with a willingness to rotate through different kitchen areas as needed.
