Qualification:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a corporate lawyer, with a proven track record in handling complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and investor relations.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance frameworks, and business law practices, both locally and internationally.
• Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating high-level contracts, including investment agreements, partnership agreements, and commercial contracts.
• Familiarity with regulatory environments and ability to ensure company compliance with relevant laws and industry standards.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate legal advice into actionable, strategic business decisions.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of interacting with senior management, external stakeholders, and legal partners with clarity and professionalism.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple ongoing projects.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
• A degree in Law (S.H., or equivalent); specialization in corporate law or business law is a significant advantage.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
