• Ability to handle special requests from guests, including luggage assistance, delivering personal items, or providing local recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail, including the ability to follow instructions and ensure timely transportation for guests and team members.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward resolving issues or concerns.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and late hours when required.
