Qualification:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in front office or guest services, preferably in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with a calm, positive, and solutions-oriented attitude.
  • Proficient in front office systems and software (e.g., hotel management software).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences with a focus on hospitality and service excellence.
