Qualification:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role managing a design team.
Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative work, including digital, print, branding, and social media projects.
Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar design software.
Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual concepts that resonate with target audiences.
Experience in managing multiple projects with tight deadlines, maintaining high-quality standards while optimizing workflow.
A solid grasp of branding and visual identity, with experience in developing and maintaining consistent brand guidelines.
A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to inspire creative thinking within the team.
Excellent communication skills to effectively present and explain design ideas and concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
