Qualification:
Proven experience in housekeeping or cleaning services, ideally within the hospitality industry.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring all areas are cleaned to the highest standard.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to maintain cleanliness across guest rooms and public spaces.
Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently and meet daily cleaning schedules.
Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and eco-friendly practices.
Good physical stamina, as the role involves manual labor such as lifting linens, cleaning, and organizing rooms.
Strong organizational skills to manage room assignments, stock supplies, and report maintenance issues in a timely manner.
Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with guests and colleagues.
A commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction by maintaining clean, comfortable, and inviting spaces.
Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards within a hospitality environment.
