About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized HR Admin who enjoys working with people and bringing structure to HR processes. In this role, you will support employee documentation, recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations—helping us maintain a smooth, compliant, and positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documents.
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling, screening, and onboarding.
  • Assist in coordinating internal training programs and HR initiatives.
  • Manage attendance data and prepare basic HR reports.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team on daily operations.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all HR-related tasks.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and strong documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling employee data.
  • Basic knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations is a plus.
