Human Resources Manager in a Wellness Club
We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to lead and develop our Human Resources department. In this position, you will be responsible for designing and implementing HR strategies, managing talent development, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring legal compliance across the organization. You’ll also play a key role in shaping our workplace culture and driving initiatives that support employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. As a senior member of the team, you’ll collaborate closely with management to provide HR insights that support business growth and operational goals. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in managing people processes, policies, and performance frameworks. Qualification:
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of HR strategies, talent management, employee relations, and Indonesian labor laws.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing HR policies and performance frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate employees.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive change and improve organizational effectiveness.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Experience in hospitality, wellness, or service industries is an advantage.
