Human Resources Supervisor in a Wellness Club
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Supervisor to support our Human Resources department in delivering day-to-day HR operations. In this role, you will supervise administrative HR functions such as attendance management, payroll support, employee record-keeping, and compliance with company policies. You will also assist with the implementation of HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with internal processes and Indonesian labor regulations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a structured yet dynamic work environment and has experience in managing HR administrative teams or functions. Qualification:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, HR policies, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with HR administration, attendance management, payroll support, and employee relations.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in hospitality, wellness, or service industries is an advantage.
