Marketing Manager in a Wellness Club

Qualification:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, ideally in the wellness, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth.
  • Expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media management, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Strong experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to craft compelling brand stories and engage with a diverse audience.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in guiding a small marketing team to deliver high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Knowledge of trends and best practices in the wellness and lifestyle industries, with a passion for connecting people to meaningful experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
