Qualification:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management or related roles.
• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with performance tracking and process improvement.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, or business support industries is a plus.
