Qualification:
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a pastry-focused kitchen, with a strong portfolio of both cold and hot desserts.
In-depth knowledge of pastry techniques, from baking to decoration and plating.
Creative flair with a passion for experimenting with new flavors, textures, and presentations in desserts.
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring cleanliness and proper storage of ingredients.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high quality and consistency across all pastry offerings.
Attention to detail with the ability to deliver visually appealing and delicious desserts.
Excellent time management skills to ensure desserts are prepared, plated, and served on time.
Collaborative team player with strong communication skills, willing to contribute ideas and work closely with the kitchen team.
Flexibility to work in both cold and hot sections, adapting to the needs of the kitchen.
Passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences, particularly in the wellness and social dining context.
Knowledge of dietary restrictions and the ability to create desserts catering to various needs
