Personal Assistant in a Business and Legal Consultant

Qualification:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to manage calendars, correspondence, travel arrangements, and confidential information effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative tools.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to work with discretion and integrity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
