Quality Control/Quantity Surveyor in a Gym and Fitness Center

About The Role

This role is responsible for ensuringthe quality, accuracy, and cost efficiency of construction and maintenanceprojects within the fitness center. You will monitor project standards, controlbudgets, assess material quantities, and work closely with contractors todeliver high-quality results on time. Strong attention to detail and projectcoordination skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure the quality of construction, renovation, and maintenance work across all fitness facilities.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and company requirements.
• Prepare accurate cost estimations, material take-offs, and quantity assessments for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Track project progress, manage timelines, and ensure timely completion within budget.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain high-quality standards.

Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a QC/QS role, preferably incommercial/interior projects.

Strong ability to read technical drawings and understand project specs.

Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under tight deadlines.

Experience in hospitality, fitness, or wellness industries is a strongadvantage.
