Qualification:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate management, property development, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of property acquisition, lease negotiations, tenant management, and real estate regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyze property markets, identify investment opportunities, and optimize asset performance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and real estate management software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Experience in hospitality or wellness-related properties is an advantage.
