Qualification:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in hospitality or wellness sectors.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and modern recruitment platforms.
• Proven ability to build and maintain a talent pipeline and conduct interviews.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles and tasks simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
