Restaurant Manager in a Wellness Club

Qualification:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including front- and back-of-house management, inventory control, and financial planning.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and manage a diverse team of staff members.
  • In-depth understanding of customer service, with a focus on providing an exceptional dining experience and resolving guest concerns.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation standards in the foodservice industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with both staff and customers.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability while maintaining high standards of service.
  • Proficient in using point-of-sale systems, scheduling software, and other restaurant management tools.
  • A passion for wellness and providing an environment that aligns with the core values of Nirvana Restaurant.
  • Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
