Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans
• Build strong partnerships with travel agents, OTA, and corporate clients
• Lead digital marketing campaigns and manage social media presence
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Prepare regular performance reports and optimize revenue strategies

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality sales & marketing
• Must have prior experience in a 5-star hotel
• Strong network in Bali tourism and travel industry
• Creative, data-driven, and result-oriented
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Familiar with OTA platforms, social media tools, and digital marketing
