Qualification:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within wellness, lifestyle, or hospitality sectors.
  • Proven track record in leading sales teams to consistently meet and exceed targets.
  • Expertise in developing sales strategies, setting clear goals, and creating action plans to drive business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach, able to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • A proactive mindset, with the ability to identify new business opportunities, expand the client base, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated success in mentoring and developing team members to improve performance and reach collective goals.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, quick decision-making, and adaptability to dynamic market conditions.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with other departments (e.g., marketing, operations) to align strategies and optimize outcomes.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals with integrity and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools to track performance, manage leads, and forecast sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English (additional language skills are an advantage).
