About The Role

We’re seeking askilled, passionate Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in daily operations atour Mediterranean-inspired restaurant in Uluwatu. You’ll play a pivotal role indelivering consistent, high-quality Greek dishes while maintaining a smooth,efficient kitchen.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Oversee food preparation and     presentation, ensuring adherence to recipes and standards
  • Assist in menu planning and develop     new Greek dishes
  • Supervise and mentor kitchen staff;     support and train team members
  • Handle inventory, procurement, cost     control, and waste management
  • Enforce food safety, hygiene, and     sanitation compliance
  • Step in for the Head Chef during     service periods; ensure smooth operations

Qualification

·       ≥1 year experience as SousChef (Greek/Mediterranean or fine-dining focus)

·       Strong leadership, organizational, andcommunication skills

·       Solid knowledge of food safety regulations andallergen management

·       Able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced,beachside environment
