With expertise in due diligence, dispute resolution, and preventive legal strategies, Sukma ensures property transactions are legally secure and financially viable. Her risk management approach protects assets, mitigates legal risks, and ensures smooth operations. Holding a Master's degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Universitas Padjadjaran (Unpad), Sukma applies a data-driven, people-centric approach to business. She is also a Certified HR Assessor (BNSP), ensuring excellence in workforce assessment, leadership development, and organizational performance. She is currently pursuing a degree in Legal Studies, enhancing her expertise in business law, compliance, and risk mitigation. Arung is a Counsel at RBP Asia with a strong focus on criminal law and general litigation. He earned his Sarjana Hukum (Bachelor of Laws) from Universitas Trisakti, one of Indonesia's leading law schools, and has since dedicated his legal career to representing both individuals and corporate clients in complex legal matters.
With years of hands-on experience, Arung has handled various stages of criminal proceedings - from early investigations to courtroom trials. His in-depth understanding of the criminal justice system allows him to provide strategic, results-driven counsel tailored to each client's specific needs.
Beyond his legal profession, Arung also holds a unique role as a commercial airline pilot, currently serving as a captain. This dual career path has given him not only discipline and precision but also practical insights into the aviation business and operations - an added strength when dealing with legal matters related to the transportation or aviation sectors.
Arung's combined background in law and aviation equips him with a multifaceted perspective, enabling him to approach legal challenges with analytical rigor, a calm mindset under pressure, and a commitment to client advocacy.

Bayu is a skilled legal professional specializing in white-collar criminal defense, corporate investigations, and complex commercial litigation. With extensive experience in anti-corruption and compliance, he has advised national and international companies, and represented individuals and corporations in high-profile cases. His expertise includes international white-collar crime, with a strong focus on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA) violations.
Bayu holds certifications in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Examination, International Arbitration and Dispute Settlement, and Legal English for Foreign-Trained Lawyers. He earned his LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center and his Bachelor of Laws from Universitas Padjadjaran. Bayu's achievements include being a Finalist for Dispute Resolution Lawyer of the Year at the ALB Indonesia Law Awards in 2021 and 2022. He has successfully represented clients in complex litigation involving financial crime, corporate disputes, cross-border acquisitions, and compliance audits for multinational companies, solidifying his reputation as a top legal strategist in Indonesia.
I Made Dwi Harmana is an experienced tax professional with a strong academic background in accounting and finance from Universitas Udayana, where he completed his diploma, bachelor's, and master's degrees. His commitment to the profession is reflected in his membership with Ikatan Konsultan Pajak Indonesia (IKPI) and a range of international certifications from Academy of Finance and Management Australia, along with his Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation from CMA Australia Sri Lanka Region.
With over a decade of professional experience, Dwi began his career as a Registered Tax Consultant at Prima Artha Konsultama before continuing his role at RED Consulting since 2018. He also serves as a Lecturer at Universitas Warmadewa and holds a leadership position as Managing Partner at Widya Dharma Consulting. As a Tax Consultant Partner at Synergy Pro, he leverages his extensive expertise to guide businesses through Indonesia's tax and regulatory environment with practical, strategic insight.
Imo serves as Counsel at RBP Asia, where he focuses primarily on general corporate law, with particular expertise in matters involving state-owned enterprises (SOEs). His role involves providing strategic legal guidance on a wide range of corporate actions and transactions, helping clients navigate the complexities of both public and private sector operations.
With a strong foundation in corporate governance and regulatory compliance, Imo has advised numerous state-owned and private companies on their legal obligations, structuring, and transactional needs. His ability to deliver tailored, practical solutions has made him a trusted advisor for businesses engaged in high-stakes projects and corporate transformations.
