How it works

  1. Review all existing supporting documents, including,OSS account access, Letter of Appointment from the Distributor or Sub-Distributor authorizing the applicant as a Direct Seller (with a validity period of more than one year), NIB, Verified Standard Certificate, Contact details of Person in Charge (PIC), PBG & SLF, Company's NPWP, PIC's NPWP, Beverage menu, and Photographs of the business premises.
  2. Site inspection conducted by the Regional Office of Trade (Dinas Perdagangan).
  3. Submission of the Business Licensing Supporting Approval (PB-UMKU) through the OSS system.
  4. Submission of the SKPL-A application through the INATRADE System, the official online licensing platform of the Ministry of Trade.
  5. Completion of all required administrative information and supporting documents in the INATRADE System. SKPL B & C Application Process:

Review all existing supporting documents, including OSS account access, the Letter of Appointment from the Distributor or Sub-Distributor authorizing the applicant as a Direct Seller with a minimum validity period of 3 years, the NIB, Verified Standard Certificate, contact details of PIC, PBG & SLF, the Company's NPWP, and the PIC's NPWP.
  7. Site inspection conducted by the Regional Office of Trade (Dinas Perdagangan).
  8. Submission of the Business Licensing Supporting Approval (PB-UMKU) through the existing OSS system.
  9. Completion and submission of the Technical Data Form for the Direct Seller Certificate for Class B and Class C Alcoholic Beverages (Surat Keterangan Penjual Langsung Minuman Beralkohol Golongan B dan C).
  10. Verification of the application by the Ministry of Trade prior to the issuance of the SKPL -B & C. After the SKPL-A and SKPL-B & C have been issued, the next step is to apply for the Excisable Goods Entrepreneur Identification Number (NPPBKC), through the following stages: Stage I
  11. Prepare the documents required by the Customs Office, including a Power of Attorney (if the application is submitted through an authorized representative).
  12. Submit an Application Letter for Site Inspection, containing information regarding the business premises, including Company's Tax Identification Number (NPWP), Business Premises/Brand Name, Interior and exterior layout photographs of the premises, Taxpayer Status Confirmation (KSWP), Business Address, Land Area, and Building Area.
  13. Site inspection by the Customs Office and execution of the Minutes of Site Inspection (Berita Acara Pemeriksaan Lokasi - BAPL). Stage II
  14. Prepare the documents required by the Customs Office, including a Power of Attorney (if the application is submitted through an authorized representative).
  15. Submit the NPPBKC application Stage II, together with the required business information, containing information regarding the business premises, Business Premises/Brand Name, Interior and exterior layout photographs of the premises, Taxpayer Status Confirmation (KSWP), Business Address, Land Area, and Building Area.
  16. Prepare the required declarations, including Statement of Full Responsibility, Statement of Willingness to Accept Suspension and Revocation of the NPPBKC, if required under the applicable regulations, and Power of Attorney for the presentation of the Business Process Plan (if represented).
  17. Complete the Registration Form for Excisable Goods Entrepreneurs (NPPBKC Registration Form), containing comprehensive information regarding the business, including Office address and ownership status, Business premises address and ownership status, Tax information and Banking information.
  18. Deliver a presentation on the proposed business process before the local Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office (Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai - KPPBC).
