Work Permit and KITAS

How it works

1. Document Collection & Eligibility Review (2-3 working days) Collect and review all required documents. Review the company's legal documents and ensure company compliance, including WLKP and BPJS requirements.
2. TKA Online Account Registration (5-7 working days, if required) Register the company in the Ministry of Manpower (TKA) system. This step can be skipped if the company already has an active TKA account.
3. Immigration Company Account Registration (7-8 working days, if required) Register the company account in the Immigration system. This step can be skipped if the company already has an active Immigration account.
4. Work Permit Application Submission (7-10 working days) Submit the work permit application through the Ministry of Manpower system.
5. Working e-Visa Application Submission & Issuance (8-12 working days) Submit the Working e-Visa application through the Immigration system. The Immigration Office reviews the application and issues the e-Visa upon approval.
6. Client Arrival & KITAS Activation The client enters Indonesia using the approved e-Visa. The KITAS is activated upon arrival and completion of the required immigration formalities.
