Coretax Service

Coretax Service includes the registration and activation of Coretax accounts, management of taxpayer access rights and profile information, NPWP registration and data updates, electronic certificate activation (if required), assistance with using the Coretax DJP system, and support in resolving tax administration issues, including coordination with the Tax Office when necessary.

How it works

  1. Identification of the taxpayer's issues, requirements, and applicable tax administration procedures.
  2. Collection and verification of the required documents and supporting information. Preparation and completion of the necessary forms and administrative requirements, where applicable.
  3. Submission of the application or request through the Coretax DJP system or to the relevant Tax Office (KPP).
  4. Follow-up and coordination with the Tax Office throughout the review process, if required.
  5. Approval, activation, or completion of the requested tax administration service.
  6. Delivery of the completed service and confirmation to the taxpayer, including post-completion support when necessary.
