Qualification:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in legal practice, preferably with a focus on corporate law, contracts, and business operations.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian business laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and internal policies.
- Ability to identify and mitigate legal risks, providing sound legal advice to internal departments.
- Excellent legal writing and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Law; preferably with a legal certification
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to professional development.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken).
