Qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, with a proven track record of managing legal teams and overseeing a range of legal operations.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian and international business laws, compliance regulations, and industry best practices.
- Strong expertise in contract law, negotiation, dispute resolution, and legal risk management.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a legal team, ensuring efficient and effective execution of legal responsibilities.
- Experience in managing and liaising with external legal counsel, ensuring alignment with company goals and legal strategies.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex legal matters to non-legal stakeholders.
- Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to offer practical, business-minded legal advice.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (S.H., or equivalent); professional certifications in legal management are a plus.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Proactive, strategic thinker with a keen interest in driving legal strategy to support business growth and risk mitigation.
